The project aims to further establish Mittweida as a centre of innovation for key digital technologies and to create an ecosystem that forges closer, lasting links between research, industry and society. At SICIM, interpretable AI models for industrial applications are being developed in line with the principles of the RAISSE methodology, thereby prioritising transparency, robustness and practical relevance.
